Performs universal precaution and hazardous chemical procedures in order to keep residents and staff safe.Performs documentation and reports ay medication errors immediately.
Counts controlled substance medications, gives/takes reports and follows proper sign-in, sign-off procedures when changing shifts.
Successfully complete the state approved training program including competency evaluation and facility orientation program.
Ability to crouch, stand, bend, stoop, and walk intermittently during the workday.
