    Ariba Procurement to Pay Specialist
    6+Month Contract
    Miami, FL (onsite)

    Client is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, contributing to the maintenance of our Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) system and supporting procurement operations through data collection and analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) Specialist:
      • Collaborate with the Ariba team to maintain and expand the Ariba P2P system.
      • Manage user and vendor profiles, including creating and updating catalogs and purchase orders.
      • Provide assistance to users regarding Ariba system inquiries and troubleshooting.
      • Ensure the smooth flow of transactions within the Ariba system, resolving discrepancies and reconciling invoices.
    • Procurement Data Specialist:
      • Gather data from the companys SAP ERP system for analysis.
      • Conduct analytics and generate reports using Excel and PowerPoint for clear data presentation.
      • Engage in ad hoc projects to support procurement initiatives.
      • Assist in maintaining the Spend Analytics tool for effective spend management.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in maintaining Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems.
    • Proficiency in extracting data from ERP systems, particularly SAP.
    • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUPS, IF Statements, Pivot Tables).
    • Competence in data extraction and analysis methodologies.
    • Immediate availability to commence contract work.
