- Engage in leadership activities related to the Special Needs Clinic and Services.
- Clinical and didactic teaching at the pre- and post- DDS levels in Special Needs
- Research service activities, and patient care at the Special Needs Clinic
- Act as leading facilitator in higher education in Special Needs and lnter-professional education
- Provide supervision and lectures in clinical courses for DDS and post graduate students in the field
- Demonstrate proficiency in the diagnosis and treatment in the field of Special Needs.
- Produce scholastic activity in the field of Special Needs
- Experience in educational innovation, use of technology in education, and computer skills are expected.
- Dedicated staff and engaged faculty collaborate to further knowledge and understanding and develop competent graduates who are valued for their talents and their impact on global society.
- DDS or DMD or equivalent degree
- Eligibility for unrestricted New York State license
- Minimum of one year of experience providing patient care in the field of Special Needs
- Minimum of one year of experience in academic and/or clinical teaching.
- Minimum of one year experience/training in hospital dentistry.
- Research experience in the field of Special Needs
