    FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The successful candidate will need to be self-sufficient and have a thorough understanding of the industry.
    • Detail oriented, clean, professional with the ability to properly and professionally communicate with builders and homeowners.
    • Other duties may include unloading cabinets from delivery trucks, warehouse work and delivering cabinets.
    • Must have tools and know how to use them.
    • Experience with installing cabinets, molding, interior trim, specialty hardware, blueprints, sketches and instructions, etc.

    Job Type: Full-time (non-exempt) Hourly



    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Good driving record
    • Must be able to supply necessary tools and equipment. (must be responsible for own equipment/tools)
    • Must have reliable transportation to/from the main office in order to begin workday,
    • Valid driver's license and clean MVR / Driving record for insurability (in order to drive company vehicle).
    • Daily, punctual attendance required.
    • Must be willing to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
    • Must speak fluent English.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    • Ability to follow blueprints, use hand tools, work with wood, etc.
    • Communicate with customers, other employees, and supervisors using verbal, written, or other skills.
    • Knowledge and ability to use safe lifting techniques.
    • Ability to lift 75lbs+

    Preferred: High School Diploma or GED

    Previous work in the same industry

    ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • Work in temperatures ranging from extreme heat to extreme cold.
    • Work with mechanical equipment on a daily basis.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
    • Lift 75 pounds up to a height of 6 feet.
    • Climb Ladder, potentially up to 25 feet.
    • Bend, stoop, or squat to floor level on a repetitive basis.
    • Reach over head to grasp, hoist materials.
