- Interpret and implement cyber vulnerabilities and solutions with reference to the U.S. Army's Strategic objectives in cyber security.
- Self-generate critical tasks based on organizational mission and strategic goals.
- Serve as a senior lead and manager of critical test resource during the cyber Operational Test (OT), Developmental Test (DT), and Technical Assessments (TA).
- Develop realistic cyber operational environments that provide sufficient data to support congressional requirements to assess the Dept. of Defense information assurance posture.
- Employ threat-validated methods as part of the test and evaluation process, shared and coordinated across the intelligence community.
- Manage the creation and dissimulation of intelligence analysis and integration of intelligence products.
- Plan, coordinate, and synthesize research undertaken by other government agencies and private sector organizations, then prepares tailored Intelligence Operations (IO) Support Packages to support fielded systems.
