    Description:


    The Project Manager will work in support of EBNHC's overall goals, objectives and strategies both long and short term as well as its strategic plans.

    This position will report to the Health Center's Project Management Office (PMO) and support the active portfolio of projects through the use of required PMO tools (e.g., project scoring tools, requests forms, and status reports) The project manager will partner as needed with project leaders and project managers across the health center to execute work.

    In addition, the Project Manager will work with other internal leaders within the Health Center to help further educate staff on principles of project management and requirements developed by the PMO.

    This position is data-driven and will require significant work and an understanding of sophisticated project management tools.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Management and Administrative

    • Directs the activities of project resources/stakeholders in line with department policies and procedures
    • Collaborates with PMO on overall EBNHC plans, strategies, and estimated outcomes
    • Provide clear and precise meeting agendas and follow-up meeting minutes
    • Plan and facilitate project review meetings to expedite requirements and resolution of project issues, and provide timely status updates to project managers /stakeholder
    • Strong understanding of providing support to EBNHC Leadership
    • Ability to manage 2 or more projects concurrently
    Manages Assigned Projects Independently

    • Identifies and develops project teams
    • Coordinates and prepares for regular meetings
    • Collects and analyzes information from the team and other end-users
    • Oversees smaller project or phase(s) of a larger project, and has responsibility for all aspects of the project
    • Works in concert with other project leaders to maintain work balance
    • Familiar with system scope and project objectives
    • The project's status is communicated to all stakeholders
    • Works with the vendor to meet agreed-upon timelines
    • Prioritizes problems and communicates to the PMO manager
    Supports ongoing Project Management Structure/Tools

    • Understands the entire project life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
    • Supports PMO Portfolio, by actively including status updates in real-time
    • Maintains ongoing working relationships with the appropriate vendor contact
    • Work together with PMO Manager to assist with projects in the early assessment phases
    • Capture, track, and report on business outcomes and project management effectiveness metrics and measures
    • Ensure projects are defined, tracked, and executed consistently and effectively which will maximize project success

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Minimum three-year exposure to Project Management
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
    • Analytical skills necessary to gather and analyze data and reports
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required
    • Competency in using the Zoom platform to conduct meetings
