Job description
Our Receiving team is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of all materials brought into our Distribution Center. Items are unloaded by equipment as well as by manually moving larger items. Once items have been correctly received, it is their duty to put the products away in the appropriate location so that pickers are able to quickly pull the products needed to process our customers' orders.
As we promote a strong team environment, associates in the Distribution Center will serve in a multitude of roles including pick/pack, motor freight, receiving, and material services.
This position starts at $18.34.
Working hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30am - 4p

- Strong problem-solving skills and persistence to deliver results regardless of obstacles
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to allow for collaboration within team and department
- A relentless drive for continuous improvement and innovation
Candidates should also have the following education, experience, and abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with scanning technology
- Forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted on a consistent basis
- Ability to work 8+ hours per day in the Distribution Center, including standing, bending, stooping, and walking.
- Reliable transportation
- Solid work history showing longevity with past employers
BENEFITS
We offer a high deductible health plan (HDHP), dental, and vision insurance. We contribute $60 per month to enrolled employees' HSA accounts.
Employees and their dependents who are enrolled in our HDHP also have access to our employee health clinic where they can access healthcare for well and sick visits, immunizations, lab services, and more at no cost. Employees not enrolled in our HDHP can still have access to our employee health clinic for just $20 per paycheck. There are also prescriptions available through this clinic at no cost. Employees also receive life insurance and short-term disability at no cost, and they have the option to purchase increased coverage through payroll deductions. We also offer long term disability, various Aflac plans, and a 401k plan with matching.
Employees receive paid time off from day one, including 80 hours of vacation time (prorated based on the start date for the first year) and 40 hours of personal time. After the first full year of employment, eight additional hours of vacation are granted annually.
