    Reporting To:

    General Manager & Business Analytics ManagerDescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Analyst to join our team.

    The Manufacturing Analyst will play a key role in collecting and analyzing data related to our cultivation and manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting decision-making to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

    This role will act as a liaison between the cultivation facility in Anna, IL, and the corporate office located in Chicago.

    There is some flexibility for this role to be either full or part time, depending on the candidate.


    ResponsibilitiesData Analysis:
    Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to cultivation and manufacturing processes, including production output, quality metrics, equipment performance, and resource utilization

    Performance Monitoring:
    Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or deviations from targets

    Root Cause Analysis:
    Investigate production issues, defects, or inefficiencies to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence

    Process Optimization:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization

    Forecasting and Planning:
    Support production planning and scheduling by providing accurate forecasts, capacity analyses, and resource requirements

    Continuous Improvement:
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices, lean methodologies, and operational excellence principles

    Reporting:
    Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization

    Software Utilization:

    Utilize software tools and systems (e.g., CRM, Excel, BioTrack, Tableau, etc.) to extract, analyze, and visualize data to support decision-making and process improvement efforts.


    Training and Development:
    Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel on data collection methods, analytical techniques, and process improvement methodologies

    Versatility:

    Ability and willingness to quickly shift between a wide variety of projects and tasks on a regular basis depending on current needs.

    QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
    Prior work experience with data analysis in a manufacturing capacity or relevant internships is a plus but not required.

    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex data and findings to diverse audiences.

    Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
    Able to successfully register as an agent in state's cannabis commission.
    Must adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
