    Law Firm Office Manager/Manager of Administration

    We are seeking an experienced Legal/Paralegal/Case Manager to transition into a Law Firm Office Manager/Manager of Administration role at our National Law Firm.

    This person will be fully on site in the San Francisco office, providing senior-level support to the Firm's Managing Partners and contributing to the overall success of the S.F. Practice.

    The ideal candidate will oversee the administration and supervision of office and legal support staff, requiring 4+ years of experience in a law firm environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless functioning of the office
    • Supervise office and legal support staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed
    • Provide backup legal administrative support when required

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred
    • 4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
