Job Description
Line Cook job at one of Hollister's best known restaurants. Join our busy and fast-paced kitchen where you will perform a mixture of prep and line cooking duties.

On the line, you might run our charcoal grill, the fry station, the word-burning pizza oven station, or any of several others as we will cross-train on the entire line.

If you are an experienced capable cook, we'll value your skills. If you have less experience, we can train you and make you a better cook. Either way, your time with us will be good for your career in the life.

We cook scratch-made, we focus on quality and presentation rather than just churn-and-burn. We treat our employees like respectable adults and ask that they do the same for each other.

While all cooking at any successful restaurant is a high-adrenaline adventure, our kitchen is not toxic and there's no one throwing trays or yelling at subordinates like in some kitchens.

Pay is dependent upon experience and performance.

We do require at least some experience in a full-service made-to-order kitchen environment, we are not currently looking to hire a total beginner.
