    Description

    SCOTT SOUTHARD is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team with a strong sense of purpose and drive. With a rich 120-year history in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a client base of 2,000 businesses, nurturing existing relationships, and cultivating new opportunities through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team to execute these tasks effectively.

    As you hone your skills and proficiency in our established systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base.
    • Identify new business prospects (B2B).
    • Oversee team activities and performance.
    • Train and mentor new team members on existing protocols.
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development.

    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce proficiency preferred).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement.
