    Licenses:

    BC/BE in Otolaryngology (Pediatric focus preferred)

    ACLS, BLS, PALS


    Experience:
    Minimum 1 year NOTES

    Providers perform clinic/OR work while simultaneously covering call.
    Call responsibilities extend into evening hours.
