    *This position will report to our New Albany, IN location.

    Our team is looking for a qualified, self-motivated Project Manager experienced in Land Development.

    The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of residential and/or commercial land development including conducting due diligence, evaluating site conditions, working with municipalities & reviewing agencies, and overseeing public and private utility contractors, site contractors & landscape contractors.

    The Land Development Project Manager supports the creation of the site development budget and required internal reporting and documentation for all land development projects.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    Perform and supervise engineering work related to the design and permitting of site engineering / land development projects.
    Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate engineering projects with unique and complex criteria.
    Supervise the engineering work of a project team, including other engineers and CAD technicians.
    Providing site engineering expertise to other individuals and work groups within the firm.
    Scope work and write proposals.
    Manage budgets, invoice preparation and forecasting.
    Effectively communicate and interact with clients to ensure we are meeting their needs.

    WHAT YOU NEED
    Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
    7+ years of relevant, progressive experience in the civil engineering industry, with an emphasis on land development projects.
    Professional Engineering License in Indiana (or the ability to obtain licensure in Indiana through reciprocity).
    Strong oral and written communication skills.
    Ability to think critically, manage time and problem solve.
    Strong data analysis and organizational skills.
    Complete competence working well independently and on a team.
