    & RequirementsMaximus is seeking qualified candidates to join our team as an On-Site Support (OSS)

    Analyst at selected Hub locations.

    The primary responsibility of OSS personnel is to provide on-site support, troubleshoot user issues, conduct ad-hoc training, and ensure the successful deployment of the Department of Defense Enterprise Resource Planning (DoD ERP) system.

    This will involve rotational periods of travel for 120 days.

    TCS158, P2, Band 5Responsibilities: Geographically position support personnel to maximize value to the deployed community. Troubleshoot user issues, conduct ad-hoc training, and track, research, and escalate trouble tickets.

    Assist OSS customers using the DoD ERP to resolve issues related to process knowledge, incorrect master data, or systemic problems.

    Administer refresher training on key business process areas to end-user personnel. Provide support in the areas of Cost Management, Financials, Funds Management, Reimbursable, and Spending Chain. Support official documentation and resources to complete DoD ERP General Funds related business operations. Participate in regular conference calls with Deployment Team and Parent Financial Management Organization. Handle support inquiries via emails, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams calls with the deployed community. Coordinate with parent organizations to assist support personnel with DoD ERP General Funds issues and concerns. Aid in the resolution of end-user problems and incidents, escalating trouble tickets when appropriate.

    Required Qualifications:
    Active Secret Clearance. BS degree or 4 years of equivalent experience. 3+ years of overall IT experience. 2+ years of SAP experience. Prior DoD ERP General Funds experience. Excellent customer relationship skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Experience working in an application maintenance environment. Excellent communication skills. Proven success contributing to a team-oriented environment.


    Desired Qualifications:
    Prior On-Site Support or Tier 2 experience.
