    Special Instructions:
    This is a full-time temporary position. State regulations state that UCM must employ a full-time LPN Administrator a full year prior to program approval. If the funding is not approved by the state, the position will be eliminated. If funding is approved, the position will continue in on a full-time basis as it has been. This is a full-time benefits-eligible position.

    Create an optimal learning environment by responding to student needs, managing effective instructional activities, and developing curriculum courses that support a comprehensive nursing curriculum.

    Demonstrate and model employability and professionalism skills by maintaining collaborative and respectful working relationships, providing effective instruction consistent with established objectives, effective advisement of students, accurate and timely record keeping and reporting, and on-going curriculum and course assessment and improvement.
