Job Summary:
We are looking for an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to join our organization. The role of Installation Technician / Security Advisor will play a crucial role in providing best-in-class service to our customers by installing, servicing and troubleshooting residential alarm and automation systems.Perform installation of security alarm systems including control panels sensors cameras and other related equipment. Engage in sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate security solutions.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the customer's security alarm systems identify root cause and implement appropriate solutions ensure proper function.Conduct thorough testing of installed security systems ensure all components are functioning correctly make necessary adjustments or repairs.Educate customers on the proper use functionality of their security alarm systems ensuring they are comfortable confident operating the equipment.Complete all necessary paperwork including installation reports service tickets inventory records ensuring accurate up-to-date documentation of all installations repairs.Stay updated knowledge of security alarm system emerging technologies industry standards fast-paced demanding work environment.
- The ability obtain or possess basic tools necessary job duties.
- Proficient installing troubleshooting maintaining security alarm system including control panels sensors cameras related equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills interact with customers professional courteous manner provide clear instructions addressing any concerns questions.
