- Will partner with the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing to help support daily work functions to ensure the achievement of daily business goals.
- Will partner with Management to be groomed into a Leadership role.
- Coordinate internal and external training, and coach/manage mfg operators to ensure that desired performance is achieved, and all operating standards are adhered to
- Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility. Ensure training and development plans for employees to follow the company policy, maintain a high level of quality and safe working environment and follow ISO 9001 & standards.
- Produce server/rack products in accordance with the provided specifications including quality and quantity. Supervise daily work of all staff, assisting in problem solving to achieve daily/weekly KPIs
- Monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product line Run Rates and First Pass Yield by identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions for immediate remedy utilizing:
- Lean Mfg tools and Kaizen events
- QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) and LPA (Layered Process Audit) programs
- Conduct 5S -- Maintain Cleanliness & Organizing of the Mfg. floor - Daily
- Resolve technical issues ASAP when possible
- Work with Manufacturing Engineering to improve and update MPIs, Tool, Fixtures, and overall process
- Work with MFG PM, Warehouse, PE/QE, and Facility for taking immediate steps to ensure optimal efficiency, remove obstacles, and eliminate unnecessary downtime in order to achieve production goals
- Maintaining communication between employees and senior management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood and communicate with other shifts to ensure production handovers are effective
- Review the performance of employees, recognize their contribution, and develop their career growth
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specially Excel
- Support opening & closing Mfg. building
- Be on time to setup work schedules & support work on weekends as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- BS, Engineering, Associate, degree with a minimum of 3 yrs of electronic manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work and understand engineering instructions and specs
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, and fluent in English
