    Assumes a leadership role in the provision of care for patients receiving services within the unit
    Supervises the smooth function of the unit including oversight of daily staffing
    Monitor that necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies are available
    Communicates shift/unit issues to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
    Facilitates daily huddles within the unit
    Demonstrates the importance of continuing education to the performance of facility
    Maintains work area and equipment in a pristine manner
    Demonstrates the safe operation of equipment and machinery and follows procedures for reporting and correcting an unsafe situation
