    Responsibilities
    • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
    • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
    • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
    • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
    • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

    Requirements
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required: A must-have to connect with a diverse client base.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Able to build rapport effortlessly with clients and colleagues.
    • Motivated & Ambitious: Youre driven by success and inspired by opportunity.
    • Goal-oriented: Consistently pushes to meet and exceed targets
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Skilled at handling sales leads and tracking progress.
