    Position Title: Marketing Manager

    Reporting to: Senior Director, Marketing and Engagement

    Location: Chapel Hill, NC or Newton, MA

    Compensation: Marketing Manager 2 ($87,000-$102,000), depending on qualifications

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team during a time of exciting growth and opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in consumer or member marketing and a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing activation and engagement-driving marketing plans, managing client relationships, tracking and reporting on marketing results, working with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, and staying up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute activation and engagement marketing plans that align with client business objectives and goals.
    • As a Marketing point of contact, contribute to client relationships by providing excellent customer service and communication.
    • Analyze, track and report on marketing results to clients and the marketing team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and clients.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
    • 5-7 years of experience in consumer or member marketing
    • Understanding of marketing principles and practices
    • Experience managing campaigns and promotions, from concept through execution
    • Data fluency, analytic proficiency, and a passion for driving and measuring results
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Experience working in a client-facing role or in a marketing agency is a plus
    • Mobile marketing (activation and engagement) experience preferred
