    Location - Remote
    Salaries range from $80k-$160k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Bonus Schemes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Interpret customer specifications, and create a design to suit
    • P&C design schematics from one line and 3 line diagrams
    • Lead a team of engineers, designers and drafters (if senior)
    • Mentor junior engineers through their journey
    • QA/QC on design work
    • Assist with the scoping of projects
    The successful candidate must have/show:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
    • PE License (Desired but not essential)
    • 8+ years experience in protection & control (if senior level)
    • 3+ years experience in protection & control (if mid-level)
    • Extensive design experience
    • Relay settings is preferred, not essential
