    Job Title: Project Manager (Mechanical)

    Location: Austin, Texas

    The company

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a leading mechanical contractor to work on a large semiconductor project near Austin. They have a proven track record of delivering highly complex, fast-paced semi-conductor projects and are looking to add a skilled individual to their growing team.

    The position

    The Project Manager will have oversight of planning, scheduling, and a project. You will coordinate with your project team and field labour to ensure the work is completed safely and on schedule and is aligned with company quality standards.

    Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    • Responsible for the project budget and maintaining a strong relationship with the client.
    • Oversee budget and schedule and provide project updates to stakeholders.
    • Manage team including project engineers, superintendents and administrative staff.
    • Providing regular update reports internally and for the client.
    • Overall responsibility for successful delivery.
    • Building relationships with the client

    Could this role be for you?

    • Commercial experience in advanced technology settings preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software's such as Bluebeam
    • Advanced knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems
    • Mechanical aptitude.
    • Project estimating experience
    • Self-starter, motivated and takes initiative.
    • 10+ years of project management experience
    • Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering and/or equivalent experience or education
