What We Are Seeking:

We are in search of a skilled part-time Virtual Accountant, with expertise in QuickBooks, for our outsourcing firm located in Peachtree Corners, GA. Our company offers a variety of services including Accounting, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Administrative Support, and Human Resources.

Compensation And Perks:

$20 - $25 per hour*

Your Role:

This role is designed to transition into a full-time position and will involve, but not limited to,

Assisting the Accounting Manager with various accounting tasks
Ensuring timely and accurate closure of accounts at month-end
Reviewing P&L, Balance Sheet, and reconciliation reports
Detecting and reporting any errors
Conducting audits on accounting clients to maintain accurate financials
Compiling the Status of Accounts report for weekly leadership meetings
Handling inquiries from the Accounting team
Serving as the point of contact for accounting support
Participating in monthly Accounting team meetings
Backup for traditional accounts
Monitoring and presenting accounting team performance metrics
Reviewing Traditional Accounts documentation for clarity
Researching and documenting other accounting systems as required

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years experience in Accounting
At least 5 years experience in QuickBooks
Experience in Gusto for minimum of 5 years
Preferably familiar with Sage Intacct

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
