    Description
    :

    Ensure adequate record-keeping for each completed PM or calibration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure equipment availability for maintenance activities, as well as pre and post-maintenance activities. Maintain a yearly PM calendar and ensure weekly maintenance activities are completed on schedule. Support reliability engineering efforts to identify and implement improvements in maintenance planning and scheduling processes. Lead or participate in meetings, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) on maintenance planning and scheduling topics. Develop and update maintenance standards to ensure best practices are followed.

    Education:

    Technical degree (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc.)

    Experience:

  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standard processes in maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using SAP preferred
  • Equivalency:

    Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.

Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
