- Maintain professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Follow personal care service plans and document completed tasks

- Remind clients to take medications
- Report any changes in client's condition to ensure quality care
- 2 years of professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA) with references
- Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia care
- Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance
- Pass a background check
