    The Engagement Manager works collaboratively with other commercial teams to translate business needs into innovative advanced analytics solutions. The Engagement Manager will influence decision-making at senior levels, uncover opportunities to drive revenue, grow share and improve our commercial model.

    Key Responsibilities :
    • Co-locate with marketing, sales, and commercial analytics teams to understand brand priorities, uncover unmet needs, and pro-actively find opportunities for further innovation
    • Be a change management advocate and drive new thinking with regard to role of analytics within the organization
    • Build scalable analytics solutions in partnership with Data Engineering and Data Science teams that align with and further brand strategy
    • Craft analytics deliverables that are clear, concise, and consumable by marketing and sales leadership
    • Determine the impact of solutions & programs through leading and lagging indicators including conducting A/B testing
    • Prioritize and coordinate AI product enhancements across team of contractors and internal partners to ensure efficient operations and continuous product improvement
    • Manage day-to-day relationships and projects with sales leadership, brand teams and other commercial stakeholders across commercial excellence
    • Assist in budget management, project prioritization, and project management
    • Build, evolve and manage promotional response models to provide insights and recommendations to optimize promotional efforts
    • Strategically advise optimal investment to improve returns across different promotional channels and teams based on program impact (e.g. return-on-investment)
