    Key Responsibilities:
  • Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a smile upon their arrival and bid them farewell upon departure. Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms when needed, ensuring that all belongings are handled with care and delivered promptly.
  • Outstanding Service: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing guests' inquiries, offering assistance with directions, and sharing information about our hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Your friendly demeanor and helpful attitude will make guests feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Safe Transport: Operate our company-owned shuttle, in a safe and courteous manner. Transport guests to and from designated locations, including airports and attractions, while assisting passengers with loading and unloading luggage and belongings.
  • Vehicle Care: Conduct routine inspections of company vehicles before and after each use to ensure they are in optimal condition. Report any issues or necessary repairs promptly to maintain the safety and reliability of our transportation services.

    Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage and perform vehicle-related duties as needed.
