    Description

    Position:
    Primary Care Provider (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine)
    Base salary $285,000 with a $50,000 sign-on bonus

    Provider will operate out of two clinic sites, providing comprehensive healthcare services to serve our loving patient population.

    Established in 1972, initially under a health department grant, we've since evolved into a vital community resource committed to delivering high-quality care to all.

    With a focus on mission-driven values and serving predominantly Medicaid patients, we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community.


    Provide primary care services at multiple clinic sites, including both large and rural locations
    Manage chronic illnesses prevalent in the adult population
    Participate in monthly meetings and quality improvement initiatives
    Utilize Athena 1 electronic medical records system efficiently (Will be trained if not familiar)
    Board certification in Family Medicine (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM)
    Ability to work 4 or 41⁄2 days a week, with flexibility for optional Sick Baby Call hours for increased compensation
    Willingness to participate in a shared call schedule, including telephonic consultations and paid options for hospital calls related to pediatric care
