- Experience managing a team in support of a Government Lead Systems Integrator (LSI).
- Experience with airborne EW operational capabilities same/similar to Intrepid Tiger II FoS, Signals Intelligence technologies and EW payloads/systems.
- Experience leading software development teams in support of developmental and deployed communication jammer systems on DoD airborne platforms.
- Experience managing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Systems Engineering processes and methods and applying an Agile system engineering approach to support the design, development, integration, and test to support technology insertion.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations, overseeing multiple departments or locations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Usually manage through subordinate supervisors. Excludes First-Line Supervisors.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
This position requires a S/Top Secret (TS)/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance. To obtain a clearance, the candidate will need to be a US Citizen and show proof of citizenship.
