is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer Linux in Aurora, CO. We are looking for Linux Design and implementation Engineers for our environments; a mix of servers, workstations, storage, networks, and custom hardware, for a large Project producing a critical, strategic national asset

The skills for this need will include someone who is very familiar with the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Operating system - Preferably versions of RHEL 6.0 and can work through the OS configuration and optimization for these environments which would involve a mixture of hands-on keyboard engineering work as well as documentation and baseline control.

Job Responsibilities:
Will leverage company and industry best practices and capabilities to assist with design, development, implementation, and support of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

Operating System for the projectSupport software deployment of templates, dashboards, and scripts to support program need for the effortDesign, implement, generate code through scripting tools, test, document, and maintain the systemAssist with development of build/test and integration, optimizing for performance and scalability across on-premise computing environmentsYou will assist engineers with RHEL-based tool usage and issues, leveraging standards and best practices Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology Engineering Math (STEM) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Physics and 5 years of related work experienceU.

citizenship and current Top Secret / SCI security clearance is required, as only U.S
citizens are eligible for a security clearanceThorough background in on-premise infrastructure design data center systems Experience troubleshooting complex systems involving multiple servers, COTS products, VMs, VDIs, and/or network issues
Experience with RHEL 6.

Experience in Interfacing with customers and users at a customer's site Experience in Network designs and implementation Experience in SAN/NAS designs and implementation Experience in Windows Platforms and implementation Understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps developments Extensive Windows OS development and deployment experience Hands on experience scripting skills (i.e
PowerShell, Python, Ruby, bash, etc.) Experience with the Agile development lifecycleExperience with the Atlassian tool suite Experience with SAFe agile processes Knowledge of Enterprise Application development and deployment processes Security certification
