Secret Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Systems Engineer (Virtualization) to oversee engineering activities of the program's information systems
The mission of the MSTP is to provide training in MAGTF across the range of military operations, within the context of a Joint and/or Combined Task Force environment, to improve the warfighting skills, with the main effort of providing training in support
Specific Responsibilities

• Coordination with the System Engineering team lead in the design, evaluation, test and integration of new and existing computer network systems and services
• Software evaluation and integration as well as Operating System Development and deployment, design of hardware and software, and virtualization development and strategy.

Requirements

• IAT Level II Cyber Security Workforce DoD

(CCNA-Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)

• Experience with VMware ESXi 7.0, to include vCenter configuration and management as well as deployment of Server virtual machines and backups.
• Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)

i.e., System updates, System imaging, deploying software.

• Experience in Active Directory and Microsoft Server 2019 environments.
• Experience with troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems

Desired Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent w/ 5+ Years Direct Relevant Experience
• Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills to directly support exercise specific applications.
• Strong time management and be eager to start and finish new tasks.
• Current Microsoft OS Certification.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Normal Office Environment

Travel

• 10-15%, mainly to Camp Pendleton, CA; Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan
