Job description
We are looking for a Staff Accountant for a great opportunity in Greenville This role will require strong reconciliations experience and a solid foundation of general accounting knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies within financial records in a timely manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present financial data.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Project timeline: 3 months
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field with a focus on attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in performing account reconciliations with attention to detail.
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data organization.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.
