East Carolina Anesthesia Associates is the largest anesthesia private practice remaining in North Carolina. Our practice has been in operation for over 50 years. Our Wilmington Surgery Center is seeking full-time CRNAs for its growing center. Wilmington SurgCare currently operates in ten operating rooms.

Salary and Benefits

Our people are our number one priority so we have developed a package with our staff in mind. We are currently offering a competitive base salary in addition to a $40,000 sign on bonus (w/ a 4 year commitment). We also offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K w/ match, paid malpractice insurance among other company paid benefits including 5 weeks of paid vacation

Schedule and Casework

Mon-Fri. Cases start at 0730 and last case enters at 1630. Robust mix of cases, general, ortho, cervical and lumbar spine, ACL, laparoscopy, eyes, peds, ent, gyn. No OB, trauma, or craniotomies.

Wilmington represents one of the best riverfront/costal communities on the east coast of North Carolina. Great location to be close to the beach and even raise a family.
