    Position Summary

    Perform legal entity controlling activities, with accuracy, timeliness and compliance during and outside of the period close. Support legal entity finance head to partner with business teams to provide support to day-to-day operations.

    Qualifications/Education

    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration

    Job experience

    8+ years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Controlling, Experience in internal or external audit is preferred

    Technical skills

    • Proficient MS Office skills
    • Excellent understanding of integrated ERP, preferably D365

    Key Responsibilities

    • One of the key players in the month-end closing process to deliver complete, timely and accurate financial information
    • Support LE Finance Head to monitor and drive business performance in various areas, e.g. inventory, fixed assets, etc.
    • Perform analysis of various financial KPIs in actual results vs. budget and/or targets, and Identify areas for cost reductions / process improvement based on the analysis
    • Support LE Finance Head to enforces internal controls that adhere to corporate policies and guidelines as well as local laws
    • Implement / drive initiatives together with Operations team to improve internal controls and financial results
    • Support LE Finance Head to establish meaningful KPIs for the business teams and track the progress
    • Promotes sharing of best practises
