    **Customer Service Shuttle Driver**

    Eau Claire, WI **The** **hours for this** **Position** **is Friday's 7:30am to 4:30pm**

    **Purpose and Objective**

    The purpose of this position is to provide courtesy transportation for our customers to and from work or home. To provide transportation needs for daily duties and deliveries as required. Objective is to accommodate the daily transportation needs of our customers both internal and external.

    **Essential Job Functions**

    Provide transportation to customers on a daily basis.

    Shuttle driver will maintain a complete daily log including mileages and complete customer information.

    Operate cellular phone as means of staying in communication with dealership and customers in a safe manner.

    Communicate with cashier and general office staff on a daily basis to keep up with mail runs, bank deposits and inter office deliveries.

    Maintain a clean shuttle vehicle, and keep track of when maintenance is due based on reminder sticker.

    Shuttle driver is directly responsible for keeping fuel level in shuttle at a level sufficient for daily operations.

    Shuttle driver will maintain cell phone charge to a level sufficient for daily operations.

    When not performing shuttle duties shuttle driver will man the service greeter desk and greet incoming customers.

    Driver will run customer cars through car wash as needed.

    Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly.

    Must be able to report to work in a timely and punctual manner.

    Must be able to maintain good hygiene and be well groomed.

    Must be able to adhere to appropriate dress code policy for each department.

    Must be able to take direction and work well with others.

    Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately.

    Must be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.

    **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**

    Knowledge of the area roadways necessary to accurately bring customers to and from locations throughout the City and surrounding areas.

    Good general driving skills required as to safely transport customers. Having the ability to drive safely in all types of weather.

    Ability to follow all posted speed limits as well as follow rules of the road in connection with Wisconsin state law.

    It is required that driver will maintain a valid Wisconsin Drivers License; Also maintain a clean driving record as regulated by Dealership Insurability Limits.

    Good communication skills required to meet the expectations of customer pick up and drop off times

    Must be able to keep an up to date daily log.

    Shuttle Driver as a representative of Ken Vance Motors will maintain a clean and well groomed appearance.

    This position requires being physically able to get in and out of the vehicle continuously throughout the day. And must be able to sit or stand for the remaining portion of the day.
