    In office or site visit working hours:

    Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    Compensation:

    80-90K salary, 2-4% uncapped commissions on product sales, 5-7% uncapped commissions on services

    Job Description :
    As a Service Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in critical infrastructure environments. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate existing client relationships, provide tecnincal support, and find new clients.

    This role involves collaboration with customer service and client coordination teams to facilitate seamless UPS and Generator maintenance schedules and new installations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Current Client Growth (70%):


    Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients in environments where the power can't go down: data centers, government, healthcare, casinos, etc.

    Understand client critical infrastructure needs, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure client satisfaction.
    Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized UPS and Gerator services or installs aligned with client requirements.

    New Business Development (30%):

    Identify and target potential clients in critical infrastructure environments for UPS solutions.
    Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
    Generate and pursue leads, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure.
    Network with critical infrastructure managers and directors.

    Sales Activities

    Conduct in-person sales appointments to showcase our critical infrastructure services and solutions effectively.
    Utilize your technical sales expertise to communicate the benefits of our products and services to clients.
    Work closely with the Miami office team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    Manage a yearly quota of $1.5M

    Collaboration

    Coordinate with customer service and client success teams to schedule UPS maintenance and installations.
    Communicate effectively with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any concerns promptly.
    Provide constructive feedback to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    Minimum of 3 years of outside business-to-business technical services or sales experience.
    Proven experience in critical infrastructure environments, such as data centers, government facilities, hospitals, or casinos.
    Network of critical environment managers.
    Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles related to UPS solutions.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    Nice to have:
    English and Spanish speaking


    Training:
    A comprehensive 90-day training program will be provided to ensure a thorough understanding of the products, services and processes.
