- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for Web Craft Stylers' social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, ensuring content is posted consistently and aligned with our brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotions aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and optimization efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
