Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Reality Project Manager to lead our team in the successful
execution of VR projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management,
a deep understanding of virtual reality technologies, and a passion for delivering exceptional
experiences.

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of virtual reality projects, from initial concept to final delivery.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, artists, and QA testers to ensure project success.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.

Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team

Requirements


Requirements:
10+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.; PMP certification is a plus
Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience.
7+ Proven experience managing virtual reality projects, with a strong portfolio of successful project deliveries.
In-depth knowledge of virtual reality technologies, platforms, and development tools.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Passion for immersive technologies and a creative approach to problem-solving and future of VR.
Ensure all activities adhere to best practices for virtual reality protocols and methodologies
Proficiency in programming and 3D modeling
Knowledge of virtual reality protocols and methodologies

Preferred Other Computer Applications:
Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Mural, Substance 3D; Unity,

Visual Studios C#, Adobe Creative, Oculus, Meta technologies, Blender, SCRUM Framework, Microsoft Suite, Blender
Education/Work Experience

10+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.; PMP certification is a plus
