- Product implementation, enhancement, and integration of Firewall and Functions as a liaison between the client and Support.
- Effective interteam communication to efficiently achieve organizational IT goals and performance benchmarks in a timely manner.
- Deploy new sites based off the existing designs and proof of concept in production at other locations.
- Work with an extended onsite and offsite team to develop and maintain a solid network security infrastructure for enterprise clients.
- Performs deepdive incident analysis and timely response to the client 2 Verify and Troubleshoot of Palo alto and Checkpoint Firewalls.
- Responsible for the management and administration of Checkpoint & Palo Alto firewalls deployed across several locations.
- Develop and enforce firewall policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular firewall software upgrades and patch management to maintain system stability and security.
- Identify gaps in security and propose solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
