Kellanova is seeking a Senior Customer Analyst on our Grocery sales team. You will unleash your passion for reporting and analytics to uncover unique trends and insights.
With your can-do, go-getter, team-player work ethic, you will not only keep the pace but set it. You will serve as the teams primary analytic resource. Evaluating Nielsen & internal shipment data while focusing on pricing, promotion, & merchandising effectiveness. Were looking to you to identify key distribution, pricing, and placement opportunities that can grow the business. This role is remote in the U.S.
A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
Providing Insights As the expert on our sales metrics, you will work closely with cross functional team members to review business trends and provide your input on opportunities to improve profit and gross sales volume. Got an idea? We d love to hear it.
Maximizing Business Processes You ll build tools to aid the sales team s business understanding. You ll track key performance metrics like sales growth and share against key benchmarks while keeping up with our weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc deliverables. Our success is shaped by you
Business reporting Dashboards: You will craft, enhance, and evolve dashboards pivotal for daily decision-making and optimization efforts. Conceptualize and deploy data models tailored to meet the organizations diverse business needs.
Digital Transformation & Change: Seek and implement continuous improvements. Encourage the team to leverage new digital tools and ways of working.
Assist in sales business reporting (SBR) process: You will provide functional support in SBR process by compiling and producing streamlined report summaries, risk & opps, along with other ad hoc needs.
Your Recipe for Success
Proven experience in data analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced expertise in Excel and experience building PowerPoint presentations
Advance experience and proficiency in syndicated data tools such as Nielsen, IRI, & Numerator
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and insights.
Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving with a logical, structured, and analytical mindset.
Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL for data manipulation will be a plus
