    We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Support representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service while supporting the sales team in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

    Responsibilities:
    • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
    • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
    • Generate and follow up on sales leads to convert them into opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and requests.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
    • Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the sales and customer service teams.
    Requirements:
    • Bilingual in Spanish
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
    • Previous experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment is a plus.

    Compensation
    • $20.00 per hour
    Schedule
    • Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
    • Saturday - Remote (once a month) 7:00AM-4:00PM
