- Daily operation of Risk Management and Patient Safety programs and initiatives including staffing, budget, employee engagement and survey readiness.
- Directing significant event management, RCAs, and defining the standards for corrective action plans for improvement.
- Serving as Subject Matter Expert for patient safety and clinical risk management. Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; RN required
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in Risk Management in an acute care setting.
- Licensure: CA RN license required
- Certifications: CPHRM preferred
- Computer Skills: Epic Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
