Description
Within our Professional Services organization, the Product Consultant is responsible for managing complex enterprise software implementations including: ETL processes; customizing SQL scripts, explaining how our software manages and manipulates data within various systems; explaining our server and cloud architecture and performance requirements; product training and system configurations.

Previous experience with legal time and billings systems, document management systems and information barrier software, and SQL scripting is preferred.
The Product Consultant will be highly knowledgeable of our applications' features, functions, and technical architecture while also understanding how the applications support a law firm's practice and business processes.
This role may also assist in QA testing of new and enhanced features and functionality and provide operational and usability feedback to the development team.
Translate business requirements into functional use
Collaborate and or act as business analysts and project managers to define scope and goals, track milestones, delegate priorities, and report regularly to senior management
Ensure data integrity and quality in database systems
Conveys customer feedback to product development staff
Develops and delivers hands on technical training & documentation for clients
Develop database functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application implementation and data analysis
Provide technical assistance to resolve all database and application issues related to performance, capacity and access
Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users
Remain flexible with duties and shift hours to cover times as may be required by our clients
Qualifications
2-4+ yrs experience in a technology-oriented company or functional role
Proficiency in back-end tools:
SQL Server databases, DMS (iManage or NetDocs), Active Directory , Data warehousing and ETL, and Azure & AWS
Excellent understanding of data security best practices
Familiarity with information architecture and governance in the legal space
Results oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with internal and external customers
Excellent PC skills including MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $95,000 to $113,500.
