    Description

    DIFILIPPO is currently seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing with them a strong sense of passion and purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we take pride in our ability to set the standard. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing our existing base of 2,000 business clients, as well as cultivating new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a dedicated team, guiding them in these same endeavors. As you become well-versed in our processes and systems, you will transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities within the B2B sector
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Provide training and assist in the development of new team members on established systems
    • Submit daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Effective time management abilities, consistently meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate as necessary
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
    • Devotion to assisting others and fostering meaningful connections
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community engagement interest
    • Familiarity with CRMs, with preference for Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the United States
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
