Location: - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

• Hybrid roles based in Eastern, PA, Western, PA and Baltimore, MD area, with up to 20% in-office presence required
• Up to 30% travel within location
• Candidates must reside in Eastern, PA, Western, PA or Baltimore, MD to best support client site visits and other travel expectations

Primary Purpose:

• Lead identification and development of energy projects in Commercial & Industrial and Federal sectors
• Conduct energy audits, propose conservation upgrades, and analyze costs and savings
• Support sales team with proposals and presentations
• Coordinate project turnover and ensure safety protocols

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related field, with 8 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in energy conservation projects and HVAC/electrical systems
• Familiarity with project commissioning and federal energy programs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project database applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
• Construction experience desirable
• Professional Engineering (PE) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification preferred
• Proficiency in industry modeling software and renewable energy technologies
• Understanding of building electrification strategies
