    We offer a wide range of products including heating and cooling units, entry steps, foundation covers, door and windows, and plumbing and electrical parts designed to meet the unique needs of manufactured homes.


    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager in the Houston area.

    The successful candidate will sell multiple product lines to manufactured housing customers including retailers, distributors, and contractors.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and convert prospects to new customers.
    • Establish positive relationships with existing customers to maintain and grow business.
    • Calls and visits customers and prospects regularly to generate sales growth and develop customer relationships.
    • Develop a strategic plan for growing the territory and forecast sales by customer and product category, meeting or exceeding goals.
    • Educate prospects and customers on the value added features and benefits of our products and customer service commitment.
    • Communicate timely to sales management opportunities, successes, and concerns within the territory, making recommendations and adjustments as needed.
    • Serve as liaison between customer and Style Crest, following up and responding promptly to customer requests to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Represent Style Crest professionally at trade shows and conventions.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of successful sales experience in a related industry.
    • Experience selling HVAC products and knowledge of the manufactured housing industry is preferred.
    • Prior building materials distribution experience is a plus.
    • Proven ability to establish relationships with customers and close prospects resulting in sales growth.
    • Ability to strategically plan and execute on sales forecasts and business plan goals.
    • Understanding of market trends and their implications.
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Prior CRM experience is preferred.
    • Strong reasoning and decision-making skills.
    • Able to handle multiple issues and details simultaneously.
    • Excellent selling, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Must be willing to travel 3 nights per week on a regular basis.
    • Must reside within the designated territory.
