Job summary

This is a support role not a managerial one. The job requires some days in the New York City office for training, to support in-person interviews and attend meetings.

Support the business by creating requisitions as needed in their applicant tracking system and managing logistics associated with handling candidate interviews including scheduling confirmation phone calls and preparing copies of candidates resumes and relevant interview documentation.

Provide timely correspondence to internal external candidates advising on status manage timely communication with recruits and interview teams regarding status of requests work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners Specialists to understand recruitment process Human Resources department
