Our client is looking for a Lead Epic Ambulatory Community Connect Analyst to join their expanding their team of 6 full-time Analysts in this hybrid, full-time opportunity.

This position would be the point person for the Epic Community Connect implementations, handling all the workflow discovery, build, and go live support.

This position will require face-to-face communication with clinicians and leadership.

The Client has just taken on a medical health network, 300 providers and now they are implementing Community Connect across a multitude of sites.

They have a 2-year road map to implement a clinic every month with taking a few months off here and there.

Essentials:

Epic Ambulatory build experience and certifications (5+ years)person, strong PM experience, strong presentations skills, strong communication, self-motivated and self-managed, etc.

Ambulatory implementation experience prefer but not necessary Community Connect implementation experienceand bonus if they have the following:

MyChart build, Care Everywhere, Interoperability, dashboard, SlicerDicer experience, technical background and data conversion experienceThis role is local and is about 50/50 remote-onsite.
