- Staff meetings, Manager meetings, daily line up / pre shift meetings
- Weekly to do lists, daily checklists, side work lists for staff, daily floorplan
- Create par lists for inventory management
- Scheduling
- Shadowing of the different management positions and frontline positions
- Learn/execute service in all roles including hosting/serving/bartending Communication
- Email dialogue with both on property and corporate department representatives
- Coordinate between departmentsFront Desk, Restaurant, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Catering and Banquets.

- Ability to think creatively and adapt to the dynamic needs of the Kimpton Hotels and the marketplace
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent command of the English language both writing and verbal communication skills, computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Self-starter with both a collaborative and hands-on approach
- Proficient at all levels of English, including reading, writing, and speaking Education: Candidate for a bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a similar specialization
