    Customer Support Representative

    Training Hours:
    M F 10:30 a.m.

    7:00 p.m. EST

    Production Hours:
    Shifts M F (no weekends) 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. EST

    Location:
    WAH. Must meet requirement (1 day of Pre-training orientation onsite
    TBDbased on equipment delivery date)

    Must Have:
    Home phone & Internet Service; Headset with Dial pad

    About The Customer Support Representative:
    The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring the customers needs are met via inbound calls. The rep will provide exceptional service to existing customers through service-related transactions, including processing transactions.


    Responsibilities:
    Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound service telephone interactions

    Customer inquiries may include processing payments, attempting to get customers to sign-up for recurring payments, processing cancellations (will not be asked to save customer), resolve billing issues, eService inquiries and password resets

    Handle customer inquiries while being polite, professional and in an efficient manner, as measured by customer feedback scores

    Following call scripts to ensure compliance and to promote company offers and options

    Must be comfortable taking 35 50 calls per day


    Qualifications:
    Must be at least 18

    Must have HS diploma or GED

    Must be able to pass a speed test for high-speed internet

    Must successfully pass a background and drug screen

    Must have an ethernet cord, a high-quality headset with microphone and a quiet workspace

    Flexibility in schedule

    Solid to advanced PC skills

    Ability to navigate multiple computer programs

    Ability to use dual monitors

    Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills

    Excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills
    Contact center experience considered a plus
